Following on from the previous Talking Dinner, during this co-creation session we’ll be exploring one of the ideas that emerged there: the importance and development of career paths for talent within our network. We’ll be discussing how we can better engage, inspire and retain staff and students for the sector and, of course, for the partners of House of Hospitality.
By creating career paths together, we offer better prospects for the future. A number of previous participants have already indicated they’d like to join us again, which is brilliant.
