I am regularly described as an approachable, energetic, and funny trainer. Someone who turns every training session into a celebration. Learning must be fun, because when you're having fun during a training session, you're open to learning.
A day without learning is a day not lived.
So don't be surprised by streamers, balloons, and pineapples (the symbol of hospitality!) during a training session with me. My expertise lies in hospitality and was developed at the Ambassade hotel in Amsterdam, where I had the privilege of working for many years. After that, I was able to share that passion with students, and now as a trainer through my company Passion4Guests.
